E-filliate, Inc. is Hiring a Business Development Specialist Near Rancho Cordova, CA

E-filliate, Inc. is a nationwide wholesale, retail and online distributor of mobile accessories located in Rancho Cordova, CA. We design, engineer and manufacture mobile accessories under our brands of "Tech & Go" (found exclusively at Home Depot) and “Utilitech" (in Lowe’s). We are also the exclusive "DeWalt" licensee in mobile accessories. Our DeWalt mobile products can be found at Lowe’s, Home Depot and at many other top-tier home improvement related retailers in the US and internationally. We create everything from the ground up, from concept art to finished product on the shelf... including retail store displays. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue and sale objectives identified for the wholesale, retail and online accounts assigned.
  • Establish contractual agreements with distributors, retailers and wholesalers for E-filliate, Inc. products that have been approved by management.
  • Develop new business, as well as maintaining and driving sales with accounts to achieve efficient and profitable sales of the company’s products to targeted levels.
  • Create plans, analyze data, and suggest changes that drive profitability, sales/conversions, usability and operational efficiencies for accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years outside sales experience preferred.
  • · Experience with large home improvement retail sales at a buyes level is a huge plus.
  • · Experience working tradeshows is preferred.
  • Based in our office but has the ability to travel, domestically and internationally.
  • · Focus on European and International customers and experience in International sales.
  • Focused, dedicated and okay with getting on calls in different time zones as necessary.
  • Effective negotiating and closing skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to create sales proposals and to acquire new accounts.
  • Excellent planning and forecasting skills along with knowledge of account development strategies.
  • · Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • · Fluency in another European language a plus
  • The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
  • Effective use of PC including Microsoft Office Suite required.
